• ARAI certified range and estimated real-world range data
• City-wise and state-wise on-road price information
• State government EV subsidy information
• EMI and savings calculators for EV purchase planning
• Upcoming EV launch information
• EV news, reviews and buying guides

Compare EV is not a dealership, manufacturer, broker or financial institution. We do not sell vehicles, process loans or facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.

3 Use of the Website

Permitted Use

You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes to research and compare electric vehicles. You are permitted to:

• Browse vehicle specifications and comparisons

• On-road prices are approximate estimates. Actual on-road prices depend on local taxes, insurance, registration fees and dealer charges which vary by city and state
• ARAI range figures are official certified values. Real-world range estimates are based on general driving pattern analysis and may vary significantly based on driving style, terrain, temperature and vehicle load
• Subsidy information is sourced from government notifications and may not reflect the most recent policy changes. Subsidy eligibility conditions may change without prior notice
• Specifications may change at manufacturer's discretion without prior notice. Always verify with the official manufacturer website or authorized dealer

5 Intellectual Property

The Compare EV name, logo, website design, content, database, original text, graphics, icons, and all other materials on this Website are owned by or licensed to Compare EV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in India.

What we own:

• The Compare EV brand name, logo and visual identity
• Original written content including reviews, guides and articles
• Website design, layout and user interface
• Our proprietary database structure and compiled comparison data
• EMI and savings calculator logic and outputs

What we do not own:

• Vehicle names, model names and brand names (belong to respective manufacturers)
• Official specification data released by manufacturers
• Government subsidy policy information (public domain)
• Vehicle images sourced from manufacturers (credited accordingly)

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or create derivative works based on our content without explicit written permission. Limited excerpts (under 50 words) may be used with proper attribution and a link back to the original page on compareev.in.

6 Privacy Policy

Your use of Compare EV is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our Website.

• No financial advice: EMI and savings calculators are tools for estimation only. Actual loan terms, interest rates and EMIs will be determined by your bank or NBFC. Consult a financial advisor before making purchase decisions
• No dealer referral fees: Compare EV does not receive referral fees from dealers or manufacturers for vehicle enquiries generated through our platform (unless explicitly disclosed in specific partnerships)
• Subsidy disclaimer: Government subsidy schemes can change, be withdrawn or have eligibility conditions that we may not be aware of. Always verify with your state RTO or official government portals
• Range disclaimer: Electric vehicle range varies significantly based on driving conditions, speed, temperature, battery age and AC usage. Our real-world range estimates are indicative only

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Compare EV and its owners, employees and contributors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or reliance on information on this Website
• Financial losses resulting from purchase decisions made based on information found on Compare EV
• Any inaccuracies in vehicle specifications, prices or subsidy information
• Temporary unavailability of the Website due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control

• Loss of data, profits or business arising from Website downtime
